speechless...

Wow today was one of the most exhausting days. What began as a day of camping quickly turned into a test of God's power and our faith in that

. My grandma has had lung cancer for about a year now but today they found it had spread into her brain. They concluded she had less then a week to live. I watched as my mom took care of her mom and their roles reversed. It was crazy to me that even for as sick as she was, she still looked so beautiful.

It is nice to hold onto the fact that she is a believer. She will leave to be with her father and be held in his arms. To see her courage tonight though was so encouraging to me. Her faith in her God radiates from her. It makes you truly be thankful for everything you have and makes everything seem so small that we worry about daily.

Please pray that she will be comforted as she goes...and free of pain. I love you Grandma

Its Thanksgiving!!!

One of my favorite times of year. I cant wait to see the family and spend so much time with them. Time for some crazy survivor games with the Butcher clan and good times. OH and you cant forget the delicious food. Mashed potatoes are definitely my favorite.

Its been nice being back from Wisconsin. Back to no gloves jackets and rainbows:)= happiness

In honor of Thanksgiving...I would say I am thankful for a God who I can trust to always love me..a God that is so powerful my small head cant even understand him.. a god that romances me in such a mysterious way, I cant help but serve him...

and these people...

WHAT ARE YOU THANKFUL FOR???

My sis...

My precious sister...I look up to her so much. She looks at everything with such a positive outlook. She is so talented and beautiful and engaged... I am happy for her Congrats Brett and Heather:)

Wisconsin...

well we just finished our nationals race in Wisconsin..we got 23rd in the nation. Lets just say Wisconsin is definitely not for me. This 18 degree thing is not for San Diego Children! lol I love looking at these two pictures and seeing the training camp days when everything was so awkward then the latest pics and how close we have all become. From Oregon, to GSAC and so many other eperiences, it has been nice to become so close. I am sad to lose our seniors and especially Kristen. These people have caused me to grow as an athlete and spiritually. I cant wait for track season and to see what God has for our team.. Good season ladies!!!! I love you all...
